Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email.
Handle inspection recommendations and small group health benefits.
Process policy changes, renewals, and claims.
Provide information about billing, premiums, and coverage.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns.
